Every visit to Sanya we like to stay here. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed. The location is nice and unbeatable, a 15-minute walk from a bus station. It's in a nice building in the beach area.

Lots of food at the savoury and very very good breakfast. Location adjacent to the large duty free mall as well as the restaurant or the reception stuff-. Also, close to the night market.

We had a great time at the hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the nearby Atlantis water park. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the kids' pool and the playground. it was a wonderful stay.

The pool bar service was quite slow, and the bartenders seemed to lack knowledge about the cocktails on their menu.

The hotel was huge and facilities were pretty nice, it had marvellous and stunning location short walk to airport, and Sanya at Shangrila's. The staff was responsible and made us feel comfortable. Tbh, had a really nice stay for three nights.
